Sony KV-36 HQ100

Has anyone bought this TV. I have been waiting for it to be released in Ireland for months . However despite retailing at €3199 the picture in Sony shops looks poor,ie faces on Sky news studio shots look bloby with poor definition as if they have been through a booster amp. Motion is ringed. Its not easy to find a good reasonably priced tele. I cant afford an€8000 B&O! The Sony 32 FQ 70 looks far better value at €1299
