Question Pixel thick lines on 36pw9618

Mentioned this in another thread but thought I would start a new one just for this problem.

When watching DVD's with black borders at the top and bottom of the screen I can see a thin horizontal line just below the top border and just above the bottom (About 3 pixels down and up)
This line is approx one pixel thick and varies in colour/brightness with the picture however is darker.
This is not visible on full height pictures or when using 100hz only (No pixel plus or double lines)

Anyone else noticed this? Is it a 'feature' or should I be able to get it fixed?

Doesn't bother me too much however as usual once you know it is there you tend to keep looking for it
