Need help getting digital signal out of Tosh 36ZP18.

I've been round the back a few times and used a coax cable as my optical is being used. plugged into my NAD T752 but can't get a signal.

I've lost the damn manual too so i was wondering if someone could help.

Maybe i need to route something in the menu but i can't get my head round it.

thanks for any assistance here

Vipen,

oops Thought you were talking about the amp!!!

I've done a search on the web and cannot find anything relating to user manuals. Guess the only thing you can do is to contact Toshiba themselves:

Toshiba Information Systems (U.K.) Ltd.,
Consumer Products Division,
Toshiba Court,
Weybridge Business Park,
Addlestone Road,
Weybridge, Surrey.
KT15 2UL

Stockist & Brochure Line: 08704 424424
Email: cp-toshiba.helpdesk@toshiba-tiu.co.uk

They might charge you a couple of quid for the manual, nut it might be worth the cash....

To get to there Go to www.toshiba.co.uk choose consumer products, then choose technical site then choose customer access and then choose the manual you want or choose the links above.

Vipen...if it's anything like the bigger Toshiba's,then the digital socket is an input, allowing the TV's onboard processor to decode a Dolby Digital signal from either a DVD player or a Sky+ box.
