Post VOTE: Which 32" up to £1000 (ish)

PLEASE HELP!!!! I am suffering from TV-Technology-man-lust! They are all so shiny and nice.
Problem is, I NEED a new TV in time for Christmas films (my current TV is a 24" at least 97 years old , very badly screwed by some magnetic forces at some time - left hand side of screen colour fooked up). I will HAVE to get it on IFC and the only website that I have found that offer this is Hi Spek, which limits my options. So I have set my price range from 700 - 1050 and searched and this is what came up:
ANY help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks all. VOTE NOW!!!

Also - 3 year extended guarentee @ £109 - yes or no?

High priority:
- Picture quality (TOP)
- Sound quality
- Reliability
- A stand with shelves (i.e no to 32ZD26)
Medium priority
- 100Hz
- Looking cool! (I love the TX32PD30 but its too expensive)
- No annoying pauses on channel changes or 4:3/16:9 changes
Low priority
- Built in 5.1
- Extras (speakers etc.)

Have been very happy with my FQ70 since previously owing a phillips pixel plus.

I would take out an extended warranty, due to the number of problems you could encounter.

Not sure where best place to get this is. Heard Legal and General do a good, cheapish policy??
