Invoice and stock control software

Just starting my new business and looking for invoice and stock control software which will allow me to add new category, items, suppliers, customers, calculate vat, etc. Does anybody know what software to get, i tried the free version of simply invoice, it's a great software, however there's bug in the software i think as i accidentally add money in extra income and i can't delete it

Thanks a lot

Re: Invoice and stock control software

I used to use quickbooks when I had my business and it does stock control etc. Dont know the price now but I only paid £99 for it. Great product.

I then went on to work for a "large" financial software house and it didnt have the ease of use of qb.

Re: Invoice and stock control software

but historically sage is more expensive. I used to sell Sage and to get support you had to have an "official" how to use training course before you could onto use support desk. good earner for me though

may have changed in the last 10 years though!

Completely different now. You buy a sage product and the technical support is a bolt on. No training courses required or anything like that. I agree for a small company they are slightly expensive but the software is superb and technical support is the best anywhere I have yet come across, although it would have to be as you do pay a premium for it.

Re: Invoice and stock control software

Would love to get SAGE but it is expensive

Quick Book looks really good tho. The one with stock control is the Pro version ones and the price nearly £300? Quite expensive eh

Will try the free version of the Pro ones now

Thanks a lot guys
