internet kiosk software

could anyone recommend a good internet kiosk software.basically to convert a desktop pc into a coin-op internet terminal situated in my bar.think i've got the coin mechanism chosen(azkoyen tempus 3)but am still not totally decided and views on that would also be much appreciated.thanks for any advise,,verde.

Don't know about software but you can open up ie in kiosk move with the following command -


'iexplore -k'

thats right ,but i want the total package,restrict access to the os,files and folders etc.this will be in a money making environment so am willing to cough up for a profesional looking set up.

theres a few that can fit on the front of the tower,and use up 3 or 4 drive bays,you can get usb units,and the one i'd almost decided on connects via com port.when the timer/money runs out,the mouse/keyboard are rendered useless.

interesting question!

have look here - theres a selection of free internet cafe software. might be more complicated than you need but its a start.

its should include the kiosk type stuff you need to lock down the pc plus handl billing.

2 of the best solutions are Site Kiosk and Smartlaunch, both are designed to run internet cafe kiosks and also coin op PCs.
