Has anyone heard of a program called winrar i need to extract a a rar file with this program as this is what i have been told.
Just wanted to check before i go ahead
If this program is safe to use does anyone know a good place to download it

Try converting the rar archive to zip which is supported by windows for free.

it lasts forever if you are just extracting files, it's a very well known program
