Wireless M/K through 2 walls

Rather than explain my complicated plan, the simple question I have is:

The distance between wireless M/K and PC base unit is about 5m, but there is two brick walls inbetween. Would it work?

Maybe... There's only one way to find out...

Bluetooth ones may work better than the simple RF ones with a dongle.

5M is quite a long way for these things even without a wall in the way.
