Lost music files on Micro SD card!

Hi all!
Does anyone out there know how to recover lost files from a Micro SD memory card? They seemed to of vanished from the memory card and I can't find them anywhere on my phone or computer! The problem seem to happen last night when I was tranferring files from one memory card to another.
Any help would be appreciated as I have managed to make about 300 songs vanish into thin air!
