OCZ StealthXstream 500w? will it work for this?

Im starting my first ever custom pc build and i think ive decided on pretty much everything except the PSU and Motherboard, im just not sure whether 500w will be enough or if this PSU is any good, it is at least a well known brand

Intel Core i7 2600k
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 or ASRock extreme3 gen3
Corsair Vengeance 8/16gb 1600mhz
Nvidia GTX 570 GPU
OCZ 90GB/120GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm
LiteOn IHAS122
Akasa Card reader
TP-Link Wireless N adapter
Corsair A50
Vantage ATX midi case

Help much appreciated

Iwould buy the OCZ PSU over the powercool one because it is a more weel known established brand, It can be had for £40 which is a good price. Some people might prefer a slightly higher Wattage though for a GTX 570 to be safe maybe 550W.

EDIT. might be ctting it a little fine with the OCZ 500W after looking at a review of it, the 600W version however which costs about £50 provides much more current on the +12V which the GTX 570 might need and also has enough connectors so you wouldn't need an adaptor

I would recommend at least 550w as mentioned above. DO NOT get the Powercool, it will be quick way to kill your new components.

Something like this: LINK

Check it out with the psu calculator.

eXtreme Power Supply Calculator

I had the 700W version of that same power supply but switched because i wanted something quieter. It's not really loud but it's not exactly quiet either.
