Scanshot yesterday gives it a £141 price tag.
Poised, to answer your question, it depends on your requirements and tastes - I know thats not really a good answer, but there are so many factors to counter into a descision one way or another.
Ignoring both the 700D and the Antec 1200 for a moment, I normally look at the following, which is a very long process as I like to think that a choice I made in the case department will last me many years, and far outweigh any internal upgrades. For instance, my P180 is now 4 years old and has been through countless upgrades - no component part inside is the same as it was when I bought it (I dont even use the internal Antec fans). The case however has lasted through multiple LAN sessions and being dragged about and opened to tinker with etc, so was well worth its £110+ price tag at the time.
So, my personal criteria is (in no paricular order):
Build Quality: This is quite an in depth catergory, as I take in thermal factors (reading reviews etc) on layouts of internal fans and grills as well as spaces for other fans. Metals as well - I prefer the steel over plastic look. Internally, cable management is a big thing for me, and also for those that like to tinker, does it have a CPU heatsink access area (something the Antec 1200 does not?) for those that want to upgrade heatsinks to ones that require a backplate (like my Titan Fenrir).
Looks: I am as shallow as the next man and this is a big thing to me. I prefer the plain look. When I was younger

it was all fans and lighting, now I prefer the minimilist look (One reason I was not 100% on the 800D was the side window) and although most places where I like to work are cluttered, my PC internals I prefer to be as tidy as possible to help air flow.
I have been looking for ages for a case, probably going on at least since before christmas, and have the 700D in my minds eye. If I stopped buying other gadgets (iPad and 5870 amongst other stuff) long enough, I would have had it already.
