I have a few things for Sale;

A shuttle barebones model SN21G5 (Socket 939) - in extremely good condition and never stressed - looking for £85 inc delivery.

I have a shuttle 300W psu for G series cases, never stressed, looking for £50 inc delivery.

A shuttle PF16 black G series cover with mesh windows, again very good condition, looking for £15 inc delivery.

Finally I have a matched pair of Corsair TWINX XMS DDR PC3200 400 RAM (twinx2048-3200c2pt) - looking for £40 inc delivery.

All are in perfect working condition and come with original boxes/packaging. I am also open to offers both individually and as a total package. Please check Shuttle website for compatibility.

I have just taken delivery of a fully equipped 939/DDR G5 shuttle, otherwise I would have considered building up from your barebones G5. As it is so similar I would be interested in holding this for its spare parts as a backup. I could only justify offering £55 BT for this as I unfortunately do not really need it now.

£55 is a bit low plus you need to consider postage. I would be willing to drop the unit price if the whole lot was bought as a package.

A pity, but I understand.

The trouble is that I have just taken on a shuttle psu + a matched pair of Geil DDR as part of a shuttle total package - so the only duplication I could justify was for the barebones case , which would have given me a spare psu and m/b.I have already spent all that I intended on this, but your thread caught me at a time when I was putting this together and so I saw it as a potential opportunity for a backup at the right price. The only problem with my current shuttle is possibly the cpu.

I would not wish to be unfair. There has been no-one else involved in this thread or shown any interest throughout. We went to PM correspondence initially after a deal had been concluded through the thread.

Meanwhile the other related items have been available throughout for others to bid on, without any obligation by the seller to sell them to me until yesterday when a deal was concluded. i.e. if any other buyer had become involved and offered asking for the additional items the seller would have been free to accept until he committed on the thread to sell to me yesterday.

An alternative approach might have been for the seller to retire the thread and for us to have concluded the deal solely by pm, as it is seems that it is the visibility of the deal that has earned this infringement - but this would not be sensible for the reasons you have given.

I did take on board that it was only a small part of the deal that was agreed in private, and no other interest was expressed. So rather than a full ban which is what would apply to those who do a deal completely in PM, what I issued was intended to be a warning
