I was told for a reason I forget or can't remember that RAM dips in price during the summer.

It's only going to go up now guys. DDR3 has taken over production. This happens to every technology as it becomes redundant. It soon becomes more cost effective to completely change platform and get DDR3.

RAM prices go down in the summer as there's usually less demand - as winter draws in and people are in the house more prices go up.
