Doesn't XFX offer a 3 year warranty which allows modification of the card with after market cooling to boot?

Anyone have experience of the 4870 512MB in crossfire?

Not bad but I would rather go for the offer on dabs.com for an XFX with non-reference cooler.

I was considering grabbing a Nvidia 260 GTX Core 216 for around £125, but it doesn't really seem worth it if I can get a 4870 for that sort of price...(Taking into account I'll be gaming at 1680x1050 so 1GB GPU memory is not really essential).
