No worries buddy you're welcome.

Yeah his Flex Pay is a big draw.
Only downside for me is I want '89 Joker & Batman but his prices even with the scheme & WAY over what I want to pay.

I'm still going with either TGTB&TR or OSB for them but not deicded yet.

If you sign up to the Sideshow Direct forums "Sideshow Freaks"

Then the owner of Collectibles Direct regularly posts in the Dealers section under the name "Microdragon"

So if you ever have any questions you can post them there & he'll reply.

The owner of The Good The Bad & The Robots & also Wei Man from OSB are regular posters on there too.

OSB put the 1989 Batman/Joker combo offer back on today so quickly nipped in and went with them. £340 for both with £146 paid off now shouldn't hurt the bank balance too much

From now on I think I'll be using OSB as they're the cheapest, Collectablesdirect are good if you want an item late into it's pre-order life as they dont seem to sell out as quickly as OSB

You still have to pay 20% of the figure within 20 days with Collectablesdirect so not a massive difference between the two in terms of deposit

Yeah I saw that as well
Pretty tempted but I'm hoping to pay them all up front as I'm just waiting on some Ebay auctions to pay out & then I'll have the cash ready to do the whole lot so hoping OSB will put the deal back up to pay up front

I'm quite tempted to try TGTB&TR though after hearing some good reports & some nice lengthy chats with the owner.

Still I'll see what's doing the rounds once I'm ready to go.

looks like that mordor orc is one the few lately that the exclusive is a must as that head looks a lot better than the reg head

decided a while ago to go the maquette route over PF's for the LOTR and PF's for Star Wars due to space restrictions and too many lines started but they do look very well all together like that

are you still not tempted with adding an Aragorn to the PF collection

It's best they don't know as these things are worse than crack. I just want a whole dam army of em. If I were rich I'd buy everything 3a released.
The paint apps are amazing.

Are you still going to collect 3a if you don't stock them any more Wai Man?

There called Armstrong. There designed by an artist called Ashley Wood. These ones are 1/12 scale about 7 inches tall. You can get 1/6 scale also.

You can have a mooch here, loads of information about all the different 3a collections, which all have there own stories.

why have you started paying for statues yourself now

finally got round to opening the emperor and legolas..... found legolas surprising as I wasn't too keen on the ex knives display in pictures but actually prefer it that way in person

Figured I'd take some quick pics of my cabinets and my small collection so far

Cabinet 1

Cabinet 2

Close up of my Mark IV which arrived yesterday along with his Avengers buddies

Having owned the Mark III and Mark VI previous the Mark IV is easily the best IMO

My collection has grown quite a bit over the past 2 months, up until October when the Bruce Wayne/Batman Begins figure turned up I only had the DX01 Joker since that though I've added Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Superman and Captain Jack

Got nothing coming now though till the 1989 Batman & Joker next March now though

Lol be thankful for small mercies...if you've accumulated that lot over the last 2 months then I'm sure you wallet is breathing a small sigh of relief lol

Well done on getting those though it's some collection & they all look awesome in you pics

The g/f got it for me off eBay but you can get it from Argos (their website is on a go slow at the moment so I can't link it)

To be honest I don't really like it as for taking pictures especially all the mirrors are a pain in the backside but when I started this journey I was only planning on keeping my collection small and limited to Batman so just got whatever was the cheapest and we found that.

Hot Toys just drag you kicking and screaming towards their other lines though so a detolf was needed (captain jack looks very lonely in there on his own at the moment though)
