Question about my CAT5 cable

Hi all,

Quick and simple question for you I hope.

I am about to purchase some BALUNS and the company states that they will work with CAT5 (e) and CAT6 cables.

Now whilst I have CAT5 cables in my house, I dont know if it is CAT5 (e) or just CAT5......if that makes sense. Anyhow, this is what is written on the cable:

MULTIMEDIA CABLES 06/2001 M STXP4+ EVOLUTION - 4 PAIRS PATCH FTP AWG26 100 OHMS-ISO/IEC 11801-CATEGORY 5+ EXTENDED FREQUENCY 200MHz

So will this work OK with items that specify CAT5 (e) ??

Thanks

Paul
