VDO over CAT5e

Hi,
I got cat 5e cable in every room in the house.
I have attached a diagram below.
My qustion is I want to watch sky in first floor room1 TV. How do I do that?
it seems like all the baluns in market are designed for point to point cat5 wiring. in my case the need to travel through the local network.

is there any inexpensive way to do this?

thnx
Rush

Re: VDO over CAT5e

You need an IP based solution, the others just use the CAT5 cable as a suitable medium they don't frame the date in a way that will work through an IP router.

These solutions are available but they are not cheap nor will they definitely work with the multiple router environment that you have created there.

Are the routers you are using low end unmanaged devices or do you have VLAN capability?
