Hi,

Are there any cat6 wallplates that allow you to use ready made patch leads? Something like a cat6 coupler inside the wallplate. I think these would be much easier for me to install.

An alternative:

Cat6 coupler type keystone jacks:
Cat 6 Coupler Jacks

They have a RJ45 connector on both sides, so you can use ready made cables. No special connections are neccessary.

Then, you snap them into a wall plate such as these:
