Cat5e baluns and sky hd- no sound!!

Have set my Baluns up, with 3om cat5e cable. The picture is very shaky when it is just run from the baluns, however if i then split the signal using a powered hdmi splitter the picture quality is perfect, however there is not any sound, unless i then add another splitter to the other end of the run. Can someone please advise? thanks

To be honest it sounds like the baluns are not up to the job.

Which ones have you purchased?

Sound normally drops off before the picture does when the bandwidth /signal is low.

I could recommend one that should work for you if you wish.
