How can you tell if a Tom Tom is charging?

Ok decided on the Tom Tom One, nice bit of kit great so far. But as i am running it in the car with the charger there doesn't seem to be any sign that its running from the charger, there isn't any lights on the charger and i cant see anything on the unit itself to show that its reunning from the charger, is this right?

Hi Timus and welcome to the forum.

There should be a small green led on the top which lights up on charging. Well there is on my Go, so im only assuming they all do it!

Ok thanks for that, just wasnt sure as there wasnt a light on the charger.

Tapping the RHS of the status bar should bring up a battery monitor.

Sorry havent got the instructions to hand where is the RHS menu?

RHS = Right hand side.

I have a One aswell - and as above, the on/off button should light up green (or a little light next to it or something) when it's charging. Likewise, tapping the right side menu will show battery indicator...

But your car charger should have a light on it aswell. Mine does, when it's plugged in properly there is a green strip LED next to where the cable extrudes.....
