Hi:

Has anyone connected an ipod to the TomTom 520, using the audio and ipod cables yet?

I'm looking to purchase the satnav next week, and was also looking for a good way to play the ipod in the car.

Does the TomTom use a "clear" FM station (i.e. you lose the signal everytime you corner! Or is it a stable recaption like the dension Ice

its not stable, i have the go720 absolutly amazing peice of kit, it 'tunes' into a clear fm station and then play your ipod though that, its really very good actually, and if your navigating at the time it will interupt your music and play the directions though the fm signal too.

Really quite neat well worth the dosh..
