Update CD for Travelpilot E

Hi
I have a Ford Mondeo with the in built travelpilot E sat nav.

Does anyone know where the best place to go for update cd's is.I know they don't come cheap but I don't want to pay thru the nose either! Ford's quoted me £271 but I told them what they could do with that!!!!
