It is made by the same factory as of Tomtom but it is not branded as TomTom,

The software is most definitely not TomTom so I would ignore any comparisons that listing suggests.

I would suggest staying clear of it. These days for a few quid more than the total price of that unit (incl. delivery), you can get a quite reasonable Tom Tom or Navman unit.
