Computer connection disc for Navman F20

I bought a Navman F20 off eBay and I'm quite happy with it but it did not come with the CD to allow me to connect to my PC. When I plug into the USB port it is not being recognized. Anyone know where I can aquire one from. Dangerus1 (not)

Try downloading & installing this & following these instructions.

I have just got the navman F35 + connection kit. But & am having problems getting my computer to recognize it through the usb port.

Has anyone had the same problem? or can anyone tell me what I need to do?
