Tom Tom repairs

I bought a TT910 4 weeks ago to use on holiday in the USA where I have to say it perfomed 1st class.I returned home last night upacked today to find what looks like cracked screen and burn mark. Is there anything I can do? is it worth spending the money on a new screen any advice would be welcome
