I'm looking for a new car stereo for my partner, she has a Ford Fiesta (07 plate), and this has a double DIN ford unit installed.

I have a few questions and would be gratful if anyone can advise me.

How easy it it to remove the factory unit?
Should i go for a double DIN unit or a single DIN unit with an adapter plate?

Options this has to have are:

1) Bluetooth built in
2) IPod control with easy navigation

Price wise I'm willing to go up to £300 on this. Does anyone have any suggestions for a unit?
