I have just got a Navigon 4310max and I want to activate the 80% off 24 Month Freshmap service which means I can get it for £15.00 as opposed to £80.00. Done all the instructions by downloading the Fresh software and add the freshmap software to the shopping basket but when it comes to entering the code it does not do anything and says I should enter it in the Fresh software which is what I am doing.

Anybody else have this problem and what can I do about it as I only have 30 days to do this.

ring them up, you may get more discount. I personally never had any problems with it for my 4350max.
