Hi all.

Has anyone had problems logging into the Sony Nav site?

My brother has just bought a NV-U82 and I've been trying to update it with the free safety cameras download, but I just cannot log in.

I've done the password reminder thing multiple times, received the new password, and trying again but everytime it tells me incorrect/invalid password, which is crazy since they've just sent me the password.

Help from Sony is obviously not forthcoming so I'm hoping someone can help me out, I don't know how but maybe I'm doing something wrong?

It's nothing to do with the device or registering it because I've not even got that far, until I can log in I can do nothing.

Hi, I too have had problems with this site, after changing my password several times it is now coming up with a seriuos error, support has been informed.
