i need help from all you alpine gurus....

i have an old headunit (TDM-7530R) and wanted to connect an mp3 player to it. i know it is possible with v-link ai-net or mbus units, but i'm not sure if mine is...i've searched long and hard for info but have come up blank. it does have cd control functions on the head unit and of course a cd shuttle input on the back (8pin, round)

if there is not a lead out there, is it possible to make one up if anyone knows what the pins are for??
