[Turbo S4]

hey whats up im new here and had a question, hoping someone can give me an answer. I have had my z110 for a few months now and havent really gotten around to trying out putting movies on the mini SD card to watch. does anyone know what format and how i go about being able to watch a movie i download from the internet and watch it from the memory card? any help would be greatly appreaciateed so please help me out if you can... thanks a lot in advance hope to get some good help here... cheers mates
