Heres my Set-up....

Alpine CDA9880r H/U
Fusion NV 6.5 Comps
Fusion 2x12" Encounter Sub
Parrot etc

its all in a mondeo i.e. the subs out of time from the driving position and wanna sort it!

What does anyone suggest ?

when you say out of time in driving position, do you mean the sub are not in time with the comps? If so,try to 180 degree phasing if you amp has that option. if not then swap the postive and neg wires on you subs.
