Garmin Nuvi 370 help please updating maps
Hi, I have a Garmin Nuvi 370 sat nav - maps are held on internal memory.

I have just downloaded new maps for Europe and North America and opened them up - all appear to be RAR files.

Could someone please help and give me a step by step run through of how I put these onto the sat nav - dont have a clue???
