help with snooper strabo

i just bought a snooper strabo aday ago registered it but now my sat nav is playing up the screen has frozen with a picture of a computer and usb cable ive tried everything but nothing works and when i install the disk its suppose to give me a S symbol in the task bar but nothing any help would be so great
