Dazzle DVC 170 Capture Crash

I have a Dazzle DVC 170 installed on my computer, but every time I try to capture video, it suddenly crashes. I tried different methods from updating the software to uninstalling and reinstalling the program all together.

If you have any solutions to this problem, please post it here.
