Ripping DVD's to HDD

Hi, I have a windows based iTunes server for my music which is soon going to be transfered onto 2x 1TB hard drives ready for when I get my Macbook Pro... I would like to add my DVDs to these 2 drives and play them back via the macbook.

What im trying todo is convert the DVDs using Handbrake on my windows machine however it takes 15minutes to decode and will not produce a file?

What other good free software is there todo this? or can anyone help me on getting Handbrake to work?

Regards.

DVDDecrypter > Will Rip the DVD (Full) and then can place a single ISO file on your hard drive, which can be opened by many software DVD Players like Media Player Classic.

Re: Ripping DVD's to HDD

Ive altered your title for Clarity HD coulds easily be Hi def..

DVD Shrink can also do this
However Im obviously not a knowledgeable in these matters as to know if ISO files are readable by media players or not, in thier native form
Certainly I mount them onto virtual Drives they are thn readable as if they are real optical discs and
I Use them to archive discs or for multiple burns .
If however you want them as video files as AudioCD to mp3/itunes that is a different matter
