HELP PLEASE sony dcr ip55e
Hi all' newbie to this forum I've been given a SONY DCR IP55E from a friend who has now emigrated to New Zealand it came with no software, does anyone have the software they could copy for me or where i can obtain it from been to sony site (not very helpful) when i connect to my computer (VISTA) it does not find camera is this a driver problem? or software problem or both ,sorry if this is a bit vague but any help in the right direction much appreciated
