Which HD Camcorder?

I am looking to get a new camera to replace my Panasonic NV-GS500. I love it but would like a full HD camcorder with the following features:

Must have:
Shoe for external mic
Mic input
Headphones output
Hard drive
Quality lens

Would like:
5.1 audio
25p recording

I have had a look at the usual suspects and the Panasonic HDC-HS300/TM-300 and Sony HDR-XR520VE look nice and tick all the boxes, although I don't know if they do 25p. The Canon LEGRIA HF S10/S100 don't do 5.1 audio but does 25p. I have no idea how the picture quality compares between them, and would like some insight from people who own them please.

I am wanting a camcorder that will last, and would rather pay the extra over the cheapie full HD camcorders.
