Play.com Memory Cards - Any good?

Hi

Does anyone have any experience with using Play.com SDHC memory cards.

I need several cards for my SD9 camcorder and see that Play do 16Gb class 4's for less than £20, and 8gb Class 6's for £11. Has anyone here bought either of these? And most importantly - are they reliable?

Thanks

Re: Play.com Memory Cards - Any good?

I use an 8gb class6 in my Acer Aspire One as additional storage. It works fine in that even when playing video and write speeds seem ok. Iirc, they're Toshiba cards with a play.com sticker on them

Obv, thats a bit different to constant video recording, but I thought it some feedback might be of value.

Re: Play.com Memory Cards - Any good?

I have had four 8gb cards for a year and one 16 gb card for six months, used regularly in my SD9 with no problems. Best prices I could find at the time.
