I'm trying to find a hot shoe part that screws onto the top of my camera (standard shoe) so that it allows me to screw on standard audio equipment or even mount it upside down on a tripod.

I'm trying to get hold of this part;

being sold at AUDIO TECHNICA AT 8433 - U.K. International Cyberstore but they are being very unhelpful (went through the order process successfully; they even have a proper postage price for sending to the UK but I get an email later saying they have a minimum 25EURO spend!! despite me paying the min shipping of 10EURO for this tiny part )

They have a fixed cheapest shipping price of $46 to the UK for something that would weigh about 150gramms. I asked about sending it just by regular mail but they won't. Can't find anything similar in the UK.

Does anyone know of anything similar available?
