Xacti HD1000 AV in?

Im looking to buy a cheap HD camcorder but would ideally like AV in for an external bullet camera.

Does anyone have the HD1000 and does it support this feature?

Thanks

Re: Xacti HD1000 AV in?

No it doesn't. It just has a mic-in socket which is a bonus at least as not all cameras have even this simple socket.

AV-in carries a big tax in the EU for some reason so that's why generally only more expensve cameras tend to have this feature.
