Video capture

Have problem capturing video

My camera is the Cannon HG20 and have purchased Pinnacle studio ultimate 12 just tells me the format is not supported

Any help with this please

Do you mean HV20?

Try downloading HDVsplit (google search) it's a dedicated HDV capture program and it's free, I use it with my HV20.

If your cam is the hg20 you do not capture like the hv20 hdv cam but use a usb lead to load the files to the hard drive.good luck
