Dixons Tax Free

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying a HF 100 or Sd 9. I thought DTF was expensive but looks like for these two its cheap?

HF 100 391 pounds
Dixons Tax Free

SD 9 304 pounds
Dixons Tax Free

Seem like good deals? I know the HF 100 is better in low light but I'm unsure whether its worth the extra 90 quid, any views?

Thanks

Paul.

Larger sensor, greater range of shooting options, mic input and accessory shoe - I'd say it's worth it if you can afford it. The price difference between the two has typically been between £100 and £150.

Good point Andrew, thanks.

Does seem cheap, I'm pretty sure when I call up they'll say not in stock!

Canon HF 100's currently avaliable from Currys, in stores only, for £450.

SD9's were £299 and may still be in some stores.

SD100's, with separate viewfinder and manual ring, £386.
