Help!! Cant capture on premiere pro cs4 with sony SR12 video

Hi guys. I need some help as to setting up premiere pro cs4 to allow me to capture footage from my sony hdr sr12 HD camcorder.

I could capture on final cut pro but I wanted to move onto adobe instead but can't seem to get my footage on!!

I have a macbook pro if that helps (shouldn't think it will!)
