Ok, apologies again but this will be my third attempt at posting this message.

My Panasonic DS65B died last night after only five days, would you recommend trying another one or do you have any suggestions for a model at around the same price with similar or better features?

Ideally I would like one that has fairly good photo resolution and can film a bit better in low light than the DS65 can.

Also has anyone else had problems with this model before? it would appear that there may have been a fault with it since day one in the tape deck as it chewed a tape on the first night then refused to take a tape altogether last night and was emmiting a terrible click noise!
