Question Panasonic DMP-BD35, repeat play from SDHC card?

Has any one got a Panasonic DMP-BD35 Blu-ray player and also a camera that records AVCHD to SDHC cards?

I need to know if you can repeat play a file from the SD card. I want to be able to repeat a recorded programme continuously through the player onto a TV system.

When it reaches the end of the string of clips on the card, it goes back to its clip menu. You'd have to use a DVD and make it a restarting AVCHD disk. I've noticed this option in at least one of the NLEs I play with, but I can't remember which.

EDIT: Please see my later post in this thread. I am wrong here...

Apparently the WD TV can do this.

CORRECTION:

I spotted that there is a repeat function on the DISPLAY menu of the BD35. This does work on the SD card and will loop on a particular clip, or indeed on the whole sequence of clips on the card that have the same date.
My apologies for misleading anyone

I'm pleased you were wrong! Could I ask a favour? Could you try the repeat function and check that the repeat icon does not stay on the screen? I have had a few DVD players that do this. I will be using the player for broadcast use.

Thanks!

No, set it to repeat a chapter ie 1 clip, and it just goes around and around, though it does freeze on the last frame of the clip for a second or so. No text or icons on the screen.

Excellent. Now I just need to find out if I can save AVCHD back to the SDHC card after editing on my Mac. What I want to do is shot on a Panasonic camera straight onto SDHC, edit on a mac from the SDHC card, then export back to the SDHC card for repeat playing on the BD player.
