are there any hybrid miniDV/SDHC or miniDV/HDD camcorders out there (that are also HD) ?

I'm guessing its unlikely as the miniDV cams are usually produce HDV format and SDHC or HDD cams usually produce AVCHD format footage.

Also miniDV and HDD are both "bulk" storage options, so manufacturers will probably try and avoid putting both on the one cam, I guess.

But, just in case, I thought I'd ask.....

Probably not and youve guessed why
There used to be MiniDV camcorders which could also record to a card ( but in a lower res format ( and probably not simultanoesly)
There are however HDD/Memory stick dual recoring camcoders , the ones tha come to mind being Sonys Sr10-12 series
