Hi, (from complete newbie)

Just seen the new panasonic HD camcorders are out, while looking at the SD9. Reviews nearly all complain about poor low light performance on SD9, is (or is it likely) that the SD20 will be better with 1MOS rather than 3 x CCD's? also I note that the SD20 has an LED Video light - has the SD9 got one (and I assume this will help)?

How big's the CMOS in the SD20?

I doubt it'll be any better in low light than the SD9 then, which also had 1/6-inch chips (albeit a trio of CCDs).

To answer your other question, although the SD9 and the SD20 look pretty darn similar, and the SD9 has an LED in the same position next to the lens, on the SD9 it's a flash for stills only, hence it would seem they've added a function to the SD20 there.
