Dead loss!!

Can anyone tell me what software i would need to make vcd's from my home video footage? i have got a firewire card on it's way but I am not sure what software i would need.
I'm using windows 98se

Pretty much any video editing software will allow you to cut VCD (Videostudio 7, Pinnacle Studio 8, Vegas Video, Adobe Premier), or you could use a program like Easy Creator CD 6 simply to create a VCD.
