Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG9 vs Toshiba Camileo H10

I'm weighing up purchasing a cheap camcorder soon - under or around £150, realistically - and have spotted the above two cameras. The reviews suggest they're pretty good, but I don't know which is best, or if there is a better option.

The kind of functionality I would be after covers the following:

- Still and moving images
- Stores on a memory card/internal memory, not tape/disc
- Simple to use editing software, which still provides a reasonable range of functionality, ideally including the ability to make movies you can upload to iPod
- Decent optical zoom
- Ideally a light for shooting in darkened situs, but at least a flash for still images at dark times
- General ease of use
- Not so fussed about HD, but it would be a nice option
- Ability to hook up direct to TV

I guess I'm kind of looking for all round performance, rather than being outstanding in one particular area. I am not so bothered about the looks of the camera, functionality is more important.

Just looking for some thoughts on appropriate models, and if anyone knows of a good deal around anywhere, that'd bee good too. Play and Amazon seem to have some reasonable prices...

Thanks very much.
