Capture Streaming Firewire Cam and Timecode

I am looking to see if there is a piece of software that will enable me to capture Live DV Cam (Firewire) to disk and sync to an external timecode source.

I have a Sony Mini DV Camera and a Time code card in a PC, I have an external time code source, the PC can see the timecode source.

So what I am looking for is to capture the Firewire Camera and overlay the timecode information so something like an AVI.

Looking forward to you advise.
